Signs of a weak pelvic floor
Stress incontinence includes difficultly holding your urine if you laugh, cough, run, jump or wake multiple times at night to use the loo. It happens when your muscles around the bladder and urethra aren’t strong enough to support them. The weakening of the pelvic floor and general vaginal laxity, are usually brought on by the childbirth/menopause. ✅ EVOKE by Inmode uses proven bipolar radiofrequency energy to sub-dermally remodel the facial tissues to boost collagen levels as the skin tightens. The goal is to bulk heat collagen (superficial and deep) to 40-43 degrees stimulating neo-collagenesis (ie making new collagen). Radio frequency in aesthetic medicine has gained popularity due to its skin tightening benefits and collagen production. EVOKE is a game changing device that is hands free and comfortable which contours the face. I would advise a course of this prior to addressing any facial volume loss with dermal fillers.
✅ PROFHILO is one of the most popular injectable treatments for the face, neck and body at The Medished as my patients get their skin plumped and hydrated from within! Profhilo is highly purified hyaluronic acid which is injected into the skin. It initially hydrates the skin and goes on to stimulate your natural collagen and elastin production for a rejuvenating effect giving our skin a glow.
